No Money Back Till Now

Name of company/service: ICICI BANK

I have withdrawn 5000/- on July6,2012 from non-icici bank(ATM OF INDUSIND BANK),due to server breakdown ATM did not despense money and my DEBIT CARD APROX. 25 minutes.After 25 minutes ATM machine of INDUSIND BANK did not despense my withdrawl of 5000/- amount execpt my DEBIT CARD.I called ICICI BANK customer-care and lodge the complaint for the same but till today their is no relevant response is given by the ICICI Bank.I went to my nearest ICICI Bank,New Friends Colony,Delhi-110065,today.I have already waited 16 working days for 5000/-amount moneyback without any relevant response.Kindly,help me out for this harassment of moneyback which is still pending.
