Belkin defective G wireless modem-router. 2 moths over still not got replacement.

Hi Friends,
The G wireless modem router I am using gives frequent disconnection problem. Even though on 4-5 times call with customer care for trying different solutions, nothing worked and I was assured by Belkin representative that I would get replacement.

I had submitted the G wireless modem router (F5D7634-4) on May 26,2012 to Accel Frontline service center in Pune, India for replacement(Call Id –BKNPUN120000275DW). I was told at that time, it will take 4-5 days for them to get new one. But I received the modem-router after almost 3 weeks. The model provided as replacement (F5D7632ak4A) was of older version than what I had purchased.
After 15 days of usage of new replaced piece (F5D7632), from 30-Jun-2012, again I started facing the problem with modem-router. This time more serious – I was totally not able to connect to internet. I called customer care for this and to my surprised they were just disconnecting the call. This is not the way of providing technical support and if the representative is not aware how to resolve the issue, please quote it or forward it to next level manager.

Guys, its almost 2 months I am facing the issues with belkin modem-router and have submitted them for replacement, but still havent received replacement. Please be cautious in buying belkin products.
