I am Pre-paid customer of IDEA CELLULAR. I purchased their 347.00 plan for unlimited voice and 1 GB per day Internet service on 28/4/17. but after few days their Internet service not working. I complin several time by phone and also at their counter and higher management. Every time ensuring that the service start with in the day. But till date the Internet service not working. I am facing much problems to my business and also do not run my Bank Account on mobile. This are causing very loss financially and also mentally
