No information about cancellation of bus

Location/place: Chennai, India

Name of company/service: Sangita Travels

I had booked a ticket from Trichy to Chennai for travelling on 29/06/2012 in Sangita Travels(PNR TS-RB1570139/292414). I had booked it through www.redbus.in. The bus was scheduled at 03.15 pm. But when I reached the place I was told bus is cancelled and no proper response. When I contacted the HO of Sangita Travels, they coolly said, u come by some alternative; we will refund the cash in Chennai. They were never bothered even to do something. Then I had to run around for a ticket and somehow managed to reach Chennai. Is this the way customers are treated? I need a solution for this.
