I have done a online purchase of samsung mobile E2652 Champ Duos from the web site www.themobilestores.in on 19/06/12 and i have paid the amount through my credit card Rs=3919/ and the item has to deliver 5-6 days.where as after ten days passed i contacted the customer care they says item not available. let me know what i have to do next.
