Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband services
I had contacted Tikona Broadband services for broadband connection at my home in HSR Layout sector-2. The salesperson collected Rs 3300 upfront saying that it is a mandatory procedure. He promised installation engineer would come the next day for installing the device.
However, the installation engineer reported after almost 10 days. He denied to install the device because of some incompatibility issues. He promised that we will receive a money back cheque as soon as possible. However, 15 days have been passed then; still we haven’t received our money back.
I am very frustrated with the response from Tikona services and need an immediate action.
