on 06.07.2012 I tried to book movie tickets through BookMyShow.com using Internet Banking. But the transaction was timed out and server did not respond in time,so no booking was done.But my bank account was debited to Rs.944.94,and it is yet to be refunded on 08.07.2012.I tried to contact the customer Care Centre of BookMyShow by calling them in the number 02239595050 several times,but nobody responded to my query and I had to wait indefinite time in each call with no result. I tried to submit my query online to the BookMyShow, but the same thing is happening here and I am getting no help.I am feeling helpless and cheated. Kindly take strict measures for such harrassment by BookMyShow Authority and kindly arrange to refund the money.
