No delivery of product by Indiatimes shopping

I had ordered a B1537577 – Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3110 – 16GB (Titanium Silver) (1) (Order no: 3002111409) on 13th of March,2013,
for the price of Rs.12599 with gift coupon worth of Rs.1889.85, and, thereby paying Rs.10709.15.
The estimated delivery date for the product was 22nd of March,2013. Today, on 25th March 2013, the product is not even shipped.
I tried contacting indiatimes shopping chat service, they created a case (no. 751767) against the order for Non Delivery and told me that my product will be shipped as soon as possible.
I contacted chat service several times after that but got the same response every time. I am frustrated with this and really want this product.
