Free DONGAL(USB Modem) OFFER with HCL ME TABLET

I found a COUPAN of free 2G DONGAL from Reliance Netconnect inside the pack of HCL ME TAB purchased in the Month of Nov.2012.
As per the offer ,on redeem of coupan Dongal free of cost and Rs.800 to be paid for use of 1st month netconnection there after I can change my plan from 2nd month.
On 23/11/12 ,I redeem the coupan at Reliance World, in Kolkata at P-179,CIT Rd. Sch.VI, Kolkata700054 and paid Rs.800 as per the offer and got the Reliance Netconnect USB MODEM NO.09330028650 it activated within few hour.
But in my 1st month bill of datau used fr23/11 to 22/12/12,No.334878176378 found that trhere was no credit of Rs800 .
I register my complain through email to Netconnect@relianceada, [email protected] and [email protected] Service request No.194776155,195289577 and 196073735 but no satisfactory reply received from Reliance co.
