no after sales service

Respected sir,
I Atul. A . Bagwe bought 32 inch LED T.V this diwali. I bought my T.V from kalia electronic(Marol). Since the day we bought its not working properly. Our T.V shuts down in one hour for not good reason. We launched a Complaint just after that under the No.MUM11120561. The complaint was for our T.V but the company sent the guy for wall mounting after telling him about the nature of complaint he told us that some other guy would solve our problem. After that the company send some other guy who told us that the tuner had to be replaced in order to work T.V properly and told us that he would come in 4 to 5 working days and fix the problem. Now its been more than a Month still we haven’t heard from that person or any of your company representative.
After contacting your customer care for complaint no solution was given to us. The only response we got was that our complaint is in process. I had Videocon bazooka before and that’s why i bought Videocon LED. I am sorry to say but your after sales service is really bad. On 30.12.12 we launched another complaint and spoke to Mr. Vipul sawant but the response was really pathetic. He also gave us new complaint no.MUM1612120020. Please solve this complaint as soon as possible.
