No acknowledgement from Airtel for the payment received, its been days now that Airtel is unable to trace my payment which was made online . As per their request i have even sent a copy of my bank statement which clearly shows the payment made even with that proof they are still unable to trace it. secondly i have been requesting them to change my personalised ptune as am unable to do it by sending sms or on-line. when they wanted us to subscribe for the ptune they were very sweet and now its all about me writing mail to random people in airtel as every time a different person reply i understand that part but also expect them to read the previous mail and then call or email. its been really annoying . i hope this will help me to get my issue sorted .
