Manufacturing degect in LG Top Load Fully Automatic Washing machine purchased on 14th March 2015 at Bhadrak Odisha

I have purchased one LG Top Load Fully Automatic Washing machine 6 KG from Biswal Sales Corporation. Bhadrak, Odisha on 14th March 2015. From the very 1st day the machine doesn’t work smoothly and it stops in between the washing time. The vibration is so loud that it is unbearable at a point. It jumps from the surface during Rinse and SPIN. in between the washing the timing changes automatically. For last 25 days since we purchased, we used this machine for 8 times, not a single time the washing has been finished properly. The machine has some serious manufacturing defect and it need to be replaced immediately. The technician Mr. Jena visited 4 to 5 time to our home and did some adjustments but it didn’t work. Technician suggested to purchase one stand and keep the machine on stand as the surface is not labeled correctly. We procure the stand from him worth Rs. 1200. But the problem remains same. Need the replacement of the machine immediately as the defect is purely manufacturing.
