I have purchase a hand set MMX A 106
IMEI 911391305989239 on 9/9 2014, hardly worked for couple of days, taken to its service centre they loaded the soft ware but again it stopped working . Again taken to service centre they informed it is having some more problem need to sent to factory wide *W020052-1014-12544863* on 1st Oct,2014.
I have visited number of times it’s service centre every time gets reply yet to come back from factory.
It is almost one month time it was sent to factory. I have spent Rs 6600 on 9th Sept & still not having set with me.
This shows very poor workmanship of Micromax a/w poor after sales service.
We want our money back from Micromax so that I can by another set.
