They are bluffing me and delaying the delivery for many times

Hi, I gave a Honda Activa after breakdown for servicing, on 8/9/2014, at that time my insurance was failed so they told they need 1wk for insurance and another for servicing. But last sunday i visited their workshop, they have done nothing with my scooty, while they told it is almost done in phonecall. My scooty no is, WB AB20, 9076. Smart card is on my father’s name Mr. Ajit Basu. I will be very grateful if u make a step against this bluff and harassment.
