I Joydeep Bhattacharya (mob no – 9432327700) have purchased a new SAMSUNG micro-oven from “Sales Emphorium” Garia, Kolkata on dated 31/01/2012 for my home J-348/2 B.P.Township, Patuli, Kolkata – 94. But from the very first day I can’t use it for a single minute due to manufacturing defect as the turn-table is not revolving properly. For that I have reported & requested to the show-room as well as in service-center for several times to replace it. But they send different service engineers to dismantle the whole new oven with different spare parts like as PCB, fan-motor, rollar,etc for 6 to 7 times, yet the problem is same.My brand new micro-oven which I can’t use for a single minute is looking like 5 years old one. But why should I repair it in this way as it has manufacturing defect from the very beginning instead of replacement?
I know that Samsung is a very big brand-name in India but I repeatedly asking for repairing for last 5 months but they don’t want to replace it.
Hence I requesting you to look after the matter seriously and please guide me & take necessary actions as early as possible.
