New HTC phone sent for replacement and have not got it back even after 15 days..

Myself Vipu Batra,a residence of Rohini,New Delhi..I got my new HTC One V handset around 1 and a half month back..It got dead within 12 days..I got it replaced from the dealer through DOA certificate..The new handset i got,again got dead after 14 days..I talked to customer care,they asked me to handover my handset to HTC service center and i will get it a “SEAL BOX PACK REPLACEMENT” from the company within 7 days..But,it has been 15 days,i haven’t got my phone back..I request you to please do something of this.I am realy very dissapointed by the service provided by HTC..Kindly do something.
