Name of company/service: HDFC CREDIT CARD
Imade payment of Rs 8604/by on line using HDFC CREDIT CARD to PUNE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.The amount was not credited to PMC as shown on line but debited by the credit card.I made cash pament to PMC and submitted necessary proof of 2nd payment. Now HDFC CC is demanding I get proof of non payment by PMC.
As the money has been deducted from my account HDFC SHOULD TELL ME WHERE the money went .
They should confirm that they sent it to PMC or refund my payment.
