Dear Team,
I Gaurav Kumar got my airtel prepaid sim exchanged for number (9779797070) from airtel store at nawanshahar from Mr.Gurpreet . He issued the new sim and charged Rs.250 instead of Rs.100 and didn’t provide the receipt for the same even after asking for the same and sent a message to port the number to aircel from the new sim issued without the knowledge and consent of the customer. Porting Id for the same is AP754829 and got the same sim issued in the name of some Baljit (number is not activated yet in aircel). On approaching the airtel store again after this all Mr. Gurpreet left the store after seeing me and rest staff was very rude with me and didn’t provide any solution to my problem and the number is not working from 14.06.2012 , leading to financial loss and stress
