I was brought a saree from homeshop18 on 2 January, 2015. I product Oder no. 961762851, suborder no. 96257895. I received this product on 14 January, 2015. But the product was defective. I was returned it to company on 20 January 2015 by Indian speed post. Speed post no. EE951200399IN. The product was received to company on 27 January, 2015. For adjustment my 1500 Rs. , i ordered next product from himeshop18. The order no. Is 32166535. But till date 5 Febuary, 2015 i don’t receive the product. I call on homeshop18 everyday but no one concerns on my complaint. What should i do. Where i complaint about homeshop18. Then i choose consumer forum. My 1500 Rs. Is a big ammount for me. I think they fraud me , cheat me. Please help me out. I am very worry. My email id is [email protected].
