My Reliance Digital TV Smart Card number 200645773455 in the name of Venkat Ramana Chellapilla.
I had requested for installation of dish at my new location on 2nd of Feb 2015, for which my account was debited on the same day itself for Rs. 350/-
However, unitl today – i.e. 5th Feb 2015 upto 5.22 pm it is not installed.
One of the Reliance dish tv agency – Ms Sky Network Mehdipatnam came to do the installation that too after two days i.e. on 4th of Feb 15 but could not complete and was giving excuses like problem in drilling machine, vehicle problem getting struck etc. and could not complete the installation.
As a long term customer do i have to deserve this type treatment where no installation is done for four (4) sweet days, where my account is already charged for stating service is completed? Really, this issues dampen the brand image of ADAG and hurt the customers sentiments for staying along.
May I request to look into and resolve my issue on priroity basis and since there is inordinate delay on your part and charges were debited without providing any service, i need the entire amount to be reversed to me and charged to reliance or its agency due to which i am not able to watch tv for more than 4 days.
