Respected Sir/Madam,
I Robin Chaturvedi want to launch a formal complaint against Globle Sky Shop. I made a online payment of Rs. 10,999/- on Globle Sky Shop website (http://www.globleskyshop.com) against COMBO6 Offer which includes (One Micromax Smartphone, One Electronic Tandoor, One Non-stick Cookware, One Ray-Ban Sunglass along with Gift Voucher which was declared as a LG 32 Inch TV) which included all the charges as stated by their Executive at the time of Purchase with Exculded Discount of Rs.2499/- (they said once u make the payment of 10,999/- we will send the Rs. 2499/- to you at the time of product Delivery, but after making a payment very next day I got a call from Company stating that you need to pay Rs.4000/- for Insurance against purchased product, again I received a call very next day saying pay Rs.3000/- for TAX (Which I haven’t paid because I feel it’s a fraud).
All payment I made thru their website, for first payment (Rs.10,999) I got the status from there end saying “Incomplete” for which I raised a dispute with Bank but I got response that Merchant has claimed the amount.
