I want to complain against shades salon(bhilwara branch). They issued privileged membership card of Rs.700 to many people here in our city under which some free services were promised. But then after sometime their salon was permanently closed. Many of the people including me were not able to utilise the free services provided in the card. We even tried their phone number but there was no response. Please see to it.
