Network and vas problem

Sir my no. is 7307076318. I want to tell you that reliance have very bad network. whenever electricity cuts down in my area I face problem of network very much. moreover some vas are activated automatically on my no. and amt. is deducted from my balance. but when I tried to contact customer care phone automatically cuts down. sir please look into the matter. otherwise I will file a case against reliance in consumer court.
