sir i am a bsnl broadband customer from the last year, from 13/04/2012 i cannot access network properly i had complained at bsnl narakkal office several times but they ha dint rectified my complaint still now each and every month i am paying the bill my telephone no is 0484 2495601 now they are telling we an engaged in many works i dont know what to do and where to complaint
