Name of company/service: TATA TELESERVICES/DOCOMO

Dear Sir,
I would like to seek your help,in this matter,some months back,a call came to me from docomo that my number has selected to get a photon plus at discounted prices of Rs. 1199 , with a rental of Rs. 300 in which i am entitled to get a usage of 3 GB,i was suppose to get a laptop bag.But all their commitments were false.They overcharged me,and now they threatening to file a case against me,if i dont clear their dues.
Please suggest me,what to do.
