delivering poor machines and lack of services

I had brought a aquaguard enhance ro model from eureka forbes on 8th july 2012 and the machine malfunctioned on the very next day i.e 9th july 2012 . The customer service was very poor and there was no attention paid to us regarding this and i request the consumer forum of india to take notice on this issue and i seek a legal action against the eureka forbs company .
