I am getting problem in internet since 20-aug-14.
I have registerd complain on this at 198 customer care number.
whose detail found by sms-
Hello! Your service registration number 2556610428 is registered on 20-Aug-14 09:27p.m. We shall respond to your query by Thursday 28-Aug-14 06:00p.m.
but when I call on 29-Aug I was told that your complain has been closed but physically internet problem not solved.
and Vodafone representive again fire a complain detailed below –
Hello! Your service registration number 2558842502 is registered on 29-Aug-14 10:06p.m. We shall respond to your query by Saturday 06-Sep-14 06:00p.m.
by this they are only passing time and not taking any corrective action.
due to this we are getting problem on working in internet.
please help as soon as posible,….,
