neither get the order nor refund

Hi,
I have ordered cake and flower on 2nd august. They didn’t send that on 3rd august 2016. Then i call them to cancel my order. Till the date i didn’t get my refund. When i checked my history i came to know that they did the same last year as well. my both orders are still in pending state. i want my money back. I continuously dropping emails and making calls but they are not taking this seriously. I want the compensation. On calling them they providing the wrong address of their shop.
