Sir,
With due honour I would request your kind intervention to investigate how a racket is working at
UBI, Naihati to deprive the poor customers after payment of full loan amount
1 On 2007 a sum of Rs. 36000.00 loan was drawn against Post office KVP of Rs.40000.00 from
UBI, Naihati Branch
2 on 2012 Sept. I have paid in full the dues of the said loan after premature withdrawal of the
said KVP with due undertaking to th BM for premature withdrawal on my behalf, Accordingly
UBI, Naihati Branch withdrawn the KVP and deducted their dues . Accordingly UBI,
Naihati received Rs.52000 appx. from the Bhatpara Post Office and after deduction of Loan
amount and Intt, rest amount Rs.12000.00 appx. returned me and I have drawn vide cheque.
It is not understood how and why the negative motivated, vindictive BM, Naihati Branch
reclaims again the said loan amount with interest.
If so, please show my KVP which was deposited at their end and deduct my loan amount from that KVP which is now over matured and under your custody.
further more ,I have given representations several times to the BM, Naihati to issue Statement of the said Loan A/c but in vain.
