negligence of aircel to wards custmers

iam srinivas iam using aircel number 9966332833 in (peddapuram) circle,andhra pradesh sir. the aircel has stoped the services with out prior intimation to the costumers by(call/sms) ro email to the costumers . due to the effect i lost my contact number (9966332833) some what fancy and due to the circumstances i lost my number and calls ,sms from my parents,friend ,relatives respectively. that’s why iam questioning aircel and i want the copensation to the number and lost phone calls and other important things also . So please slove the problem in respective time period . and wwant my justice sir
