I am a resident of Delhi right now and I purchased a tour package that included the stay of 5 days and 4 nights by team of BAG IT TODAY. I was told by Miss Pooja of their Sales Promotion Team that if i subscribe to this package worth Rs 6000.00 approx. , then I will be entitled to stay anywhere in India in 3-5 Star hotels specified by them at many locations across India.The offer can be availed within 1 year and an advance booking is to be made atleast before 21 days of actual tour. Then she told me that I will also be entitled to lunch and dinner during those days free of cost.The offer was valid for four members who can be your relatives , friends or anybody. Even she said that I can endorse my tour package to any other person.But till this the offer was pretty much normal so I did not reacted much, then she told me if I subscribe to this package and provide them 5 references then I will be rewarded with a Blackberry 8520 handset and if I provide them 10 references then I will be rewarded with a DELL INSPIRON MINI net book. I immediately asked her to clarify that I will get the mentioned gifts if I subscribe the package and provide them the references mentioned. I further asked her that is there any kind of condition regarding conversion of the references or any thing like that?? She straightaway said NO. I asked her to mail me the same to get the scheme in writing and I asked her to let me talk to her senior. Then she called Mr. Rohit, his senior I guess because she called her “Sir”, he explained me the same scheme except he said that two meals will not be provided and only one ie dinner will be provided from their side. He said she (Pooja) might not be aware of the same.But when I confirmed from him as regards gifts on referral he also stated the same that there is no such condition as regards conversion or anything like that. He said the moment I will subscribe the package I will be receiving a confirmation call regarding address and all and after a week or so my gift will be dispatched to me. I again and again asked the same thing ( alomost 10 times from both Miss Pooja and her senior Mr. Rohit separately) and finally relying upon their commitments and confidence and brand name of Bag it today I subscribed the tour.Immediately after subscribing the package they stopped calling me and even didnot pick my phone for 1 or 2 days and then finally i send a mail complaining the change in their attitude after receiving the money. Then Miss Pooja called me up giving excused regarding their busy schedules and so on. Finally I asked her to let me talk to her senior official as I wanted to complain. Then may be Rohit was not available she made me talk to another senior official who was senior to Rohit I believe. When i explained him the whole scheme that i subscribed he said that ” Look Twinkle the gift on reference will be given on conversion only” and i immediately told him that Miss Pooja and Mr. Rohit told me there is no such condition even after confriming a lot of times, Then he told me that Rohit is ther very good sales person and if he assured me of providing the gift he will definitely provide so. He said Rohit normally do so and he must have arranged something for you ,so there is no risk as such and you will receive your gift without such conversion condition.Then he requested me that “But please donot share this with the call that you will be receiving as confirmation of the subscription else we will not be able to entertain your gift because scheme is not from them but from us.” So I received the verfication call and I confirmed to whatever was asked to me.But after that call they immediately stopped communication again and since then have not called me anymore. So now I want to have my DELL INSPIRON MINI as I provided them 10 references and they have called all of them. I have confirmed from the references given by me.I blindly trust the brand name of BAG IT TODAY but the service I had from them is truly unprofessional and unethical. I want my money back with compensation or my gift with compensation. Please help me out if possible or atleast provide me route to justice.
