Negligence in service for 2 months

We have registered A complaint over the last 1 months at a Toll free number for some problem in our Tata Voltas AC. After the 1st request was raised the service associate visited our place and informed that the cooling gas in the unit has leaked and will come down later and fix the problem by filling in the gas again. Since then we have followed up numerous time to get the problem fixed but no one pays hinderence. The receptionist at the R.B. Enterprise office desk misbehaves a lot one asking the status. I am not sure to even trust this process but Customer avoidance is something I think Indians learn best.
