Installation not done even after a week of payment.

Name of company/service: TIKONA Broadband

This is with regards to my subscription for TIKONA Broadband on 26-JUN-2012. I paid an amount of Rs.3000/- for the subscription with application no.50000020963900 to the Sales Executive ID 500057914 (Raghu-9900362640). I was told by the sales executive that installation will be done in 48 hours, but till date (04-JUL-2012), I have not got the installation done. The sales person used to contact me daily until I paid for the subscription but after the payment, the response is worst (never gave a call back). I have called the customer care multiple times and even given a complaint regarding this (Reference No.1-2370529453). I contacted the local area manager (Varthur area, Bangalore) but he just gave a commitment that it will be done on Sunday (01-JUL-2012) and then he was not even receiving my calls (Contact no.9035089111).My registered mobile number is-9632900240.
