Negligence in LIC cheque clearance

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the LIC matured cheque deposited on 07.07.12,in SBI Sadabad, distt-hathras Uttar Pradesh , branch code-05890.
the LIC cheque no was 211246 of amount 37191 Rs. to be drawn from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur branch Deeg, disst -Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
as on 01.10.12 the money was not remitted in account holder name i.e. Jitendra Singh.
we are not getting any response from branch manager after relentlessly follow-ups.
