Neglect and mental harassment in under warrenty services and misbehabe through phone.

Sir, I have already register complain before you four days later that against Symphony service center complain No.SRS-18E13002 for under warranty service of Symphony air cooler model no.Diet 50i . After complain before you Symphony service center are call me on 29th of may and told me we will send you a mechanic on 30th within 1st hour . For this I waited whole day for the mechanic . Finally I left my house at 6.30 pm evening for work . And after my left they called me and told, you are not responding our mechanic which is completely lied .When I charged them they told demcarely and arrogantly we are sending you a mechanic when I was out side . So now I cannot tolerate their worst behavior and disturbances of the mechanic named – Prasanta Tripathy .I am mentally harassed from 15 days,so I need complete compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- and replace my cooler with new cooler . Therefore I cordially request you to help me to get complete compensation which was coat by me for 15days mental harassment.I hope you will respond as quick as possible as before you have done sincerely .You are only hope for me .
