Bill Against No usage

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Airtel Postpaid

I just did MNP from Airtel Postpaid to Vodafone Prepaid. My last payment to airtel is Rs200 More then my bill because I am goin to convert my service provider. After MNP to Vodafone now Airtel is ask me to pay Rs262 for the Period of 22nd apr to 22nd of may (Total Bill is Rs 462). I didnt use my number for the whole month & genuine usage on my account is Rs 120 (Before Discount). I really dont understand the point that why I am goin to pay whole month bill for which i dont even use much of airtel services for the whole month. & I also want to know that can I claim Rs 80 from Airtel. And Is it possible that Airtel will Discontinue the services on my Vodafone No.(After MNP)?
