This is to bring to your kind notice that I made a NEFT transfer of INR 1,92,000 on 19th June 2012 from my Standard Chartered Bank to Punjab & Sind Bank under the Standard Chartered Bank Transfer No:LB20501206192231 and the receipt no: 1206-191341014600.
I would like to inform you that till date my Punjab & Sind Bank is still not credited with the same though my SCB A/c has been debited.
I have enquired from the SCB Bank and they are saying that the amount has been succesfully debited and credited to P&SB Bank but my P&SB a/c is not showing any credit.
I have also inquired P&SB NEFT team ad as per them the money is hold by them due to wrong IFSC code. I put the Bank Name , City and Branch and IFSC was automatically picked by your online system.
Now due to this I am suffering from the last Nine days. Even your call centre executives are not able to give me a satisfactory reply.
