MONEY DEBITED TWICE THROUGH SBI DEBIT CARD.

SIR,
I was doing Online purchase of a Watch on Ebay.in and an amount of Rs.2298.60 was deducted twice from my SBI DEBIT card account on 26th September 2011 last year.My SBI account no is 30196639062.I went to the bank at least 20-30 times regarding the same problem but the SBI bank manager and his employees were not responding.This led to a lot of embarrassment and wastage of time.I have not received my money yet.So i request you to help me regarding this issue.

POS PRCH 792876 BILLDESK SBIPG-

Same amount Rs.2298.60 has been debited twice.Please help me regarding the refund of the money.

Respected Sir/Madam

I have booked my railway reservation ticket on 04-07-2012 through irctc online reservation services through irctc
but the 1st time my trasaction is failed and 2nd time successful.
when i have taken mini statement of my SBI account it’s showing two times debit entries 970 rupees
less from my available balance and it’s showing POS PRCH.

same again 2nd time when i have kept petrol in my car on 14-07-2012 then again 1st time my trasaction is failed
and 2nd time successful, when i have check my SBI account it’s showing again two times debit entries 2500 rupees less
from my available balance, how can i get my money back in my account please do needful.
