Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect to draw your kind attention that my name is Ujjwal Ghosh and I had enrolled in Netaji Subhas Open University in 2007 for BDP course in Geography. I had completed all the examinations by 2009. After one and half year, I got my progress report and unfortunately it was incompleted in 3 papers. These are-
a) Paper E-11: As per progress report, I am absent in Term End Examination, but It is not true. I was present in that exam. The attendance sheet proof that.
b) Paper S-2: The report is showing “Not Available” i.e. I have not submitted the assignment copy. But I submitted the assignment paper and it is agreed by study centre.
c) Paper E-8: It is the practical paper and it was happened in Burdwan Raj College, The marks of this paper is not showing in this certificate.
These are the problems, showing in my progress report. I went to the study center for this. They suggested me to complain against this by a complain format and I did it 6 times in two and half year, but still there is no result.
So, I have come to your doorstep and requesting you to help me out by getting my degree certificate because it is now too urgently needed for me for upgrading my professional as well as my academic qualification.
