WE ARE WE UPSET WITH YOUR SERVICES & SEE THAT OUR GAS NO. IS BEING MISS USED SEVERAL TIMES.

EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

NOW THE BELOW EXAMPLE IS A CLEAR RECENT CASE OF MISUSE OF OUR GAS NO.

GAS BOOKED ON 03/08/12 BY THIRD PARTY & NOT BY US WAS DELIVERED ON 04/08/12 – WE STRONGLY FEEL THAT IT IS BEING SOLD IN THE BLACK MARKET.

TOMORROW IF THIS GAS IS USED FOR SOME TERRORIST ACTIVITIES OR WRONGFUL DEEDS, ETC. WE WOULD BE BLAMED AND HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS RUDE CRIMINAL ACT.

THIS IS CAUSING US A LOT OF HARASSMENT, MENTAL TENSION, DELAYS IN OUR GAS SUPPLIES, WRONGFUL USE OF OUR GAS NO., ETC.

HP GAS IS TILL TODAY IS UNABLE TO TAKE UP THE MATTER – MAY BE ARE ALSO PART OF THIS CONSPIRACY. THUS WE SUE YOUR COMPANY TO THE TUNE OF RS.1 CR DUE TO THE ABOVE MATTER.

WE ASK HP GAS TO COMPENSATE THE SAID AMT AT THE EARLIEST AS THIS IS A CRIMINAL CASE A HEFT ON THE PART OF HP GAS & ITS AGENCIES.

KINDLY MAKE THE NECRSSARY PAYMENTS AT THE EARLIEST SO ASTO AVOID INCREASE IN THE AMT. ANY DELAY WOULD BE CHARGED @ RS.1 LAC PER DAY.

  1. Gas Agency: Honesty Gas Service, Dadar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra is highly dishonest staff organization. In Dewali time we had booked the gas and delivery SMS received; however we did not get the Gas refill. After 3/4 days we tried their telephones. It was ringing but no reply. After 2/3 hrs westing we have no other option other than going to shop. Mr. Phatak old man was only their and the two staff was on personal marketing in the market. We discover that the telephone line was taken it out little from the instruments so that no call will come/ring. After waiting 45 min. two of female staff came from marketing and after pushing the telephone connection in telephone stated arguing. Large no of customer are suffering due to this type of aptitude of the Honesty staff. Mr. Phatak was claiming that the HP system is down; Infect system was on monitor was power saving mode.
    Today (3/12/2013) once again we have to repeat the history; Mr. Phatak saying delivery boys are on strike for last 15 days.
