Need replacement of the car

Product: Hyundai I20
Date of Delivery: 11.Oct’13
Dealer: Capital Hyundai Noida
The same day of delivery on 11. Oct’13 we found three Defects:
1. Dent on Driver side door.
2. Touching on Bonnet
3. Second Key of Car is rusted & car meter was showing around 100 Km Run.
Then dealer convinced us it is a minor dent and touching on Bonnet, do not worry come with us tomorrow we will replace with new part. As a genuine Customer we humbly agreed on the same .
On 12. Oct’13 : Dealer replace new Door & Bonnet and said Car keys are hanged like this that’s why rusted.
On 13. Oct’13 : While cleaning my car I saw paint crack on the top of the car , which made me really upset . How can i accept this now , I got angry and immediately approched to dealer on 14. Oct’13.
On 14.Oct’14: We reached to dealer shop at Capital Hyundai. My brother talked to AGM and GM. And I was shocked seeing the behavior of the dealer of handling the customer. At the time of selling car and the time of problem they had opposite behavior. AGM was ready to fight and he talked so badly , as if i have picked the car free from the shop. He told me that this paint crack is due to Crow/Bird shit. Is this really acceptable?
His worker tried by rubbing the patch , but not able to rectify. Then he told that this is not a manufacturing fault, if u want to go to Hyundai go then.
The same day I came and I lodged complaint to Hyundai Online. I got auto reply that you will get a call back.
On 15.Oct’13: I got a call from Capital with the same sentence ” This is not a manufacturing defect” How can there be a crack in the original paint of Car?
And who will guarantee me that this crack will not spread further in future?
On 16. Oct’13: I called to Hyundai Office again , and got a reply you will get a call back soon.
On 17. Oct’13 : I got a conference call with Hyundai Sales office(Ms. Aparna ) and Dealer (Mr. Imran GM of Capital Hyundai) , but they both were telling same thing paint crack is not a manufacturing defect .
I request for a Justice:
1) Either the company give me in written , that Paint crack will not spread from same point in future
2) Or give me the replacement of the car.
3) Or refund our money and take back their car.
