I ordered a product( watch) bearing order no. NAAP-5257127 by online payment through debit card on order date 26/10/12. But till date i have not received that product. In spite of repeated communication with naaptol through telephone no outcome received till date. The amount paid (rs 652/-) by me for the product should be received or product should be received and the value of my harassment will be compensated.
