MY COMPLAINT:
It has been three months since I have got my insurance done, but till date I haven’t received any response from their side. Despite having the inspection done and making an extra payment of INR 125 for it, still I don’t have my insurance papers.
Every time I call them, they give one standard excuse of their inspecting agency being blacklisted – But till date they haven’t been able to find its replacement. Earlier they promised me that they would get its insurance done at the earliest. But even today, I am looking for any response from their side. I have even tried to get my money back from them, but these people are unwilling to do so.
Even more, for the past one month these people have stopped responding to any calls being made to them. Either their phones are switched off, or are diverted to some other mobile or landline numbers that are not functioning. Even more, these frauds have rigged their contact no., so that whenever you call to enquire about your insurance status, it displays “out of coverage area” or “unable to connect” response.
As this is not my fault, then why am I being harassed from this bogus firm for my insurance? Hence, I would request you to verify from your end all these discrepancies, fraud and mental harassment that this firm is subjecting its customers to.
Please take some immediate action on this, so that this bogus firm doesn’t takes other innocent clients for a ride, and gobble up their hard-earned money.
