I had booked a N A plat admeasuring 3000 sq ft in Roha, District Raigad, Chinchavali Taluka with M/s Excalibur Property Developments Ltd, who had their office inYari Road and later shifted to Link Road. The owner of this firm was Mr.Yusuf K.Nathani. I had first paid an amout of Rs.30000/- in 1995 for getting the Lanquity certificates and the agreement. I later paid an amount of Rs.10000/- in 1998 for the water and electric meter. I posses the signed receipts for these amounts. The company turned to be a fraud and has run away and even closed down all its offices and phones. The title certificate was issued by Advocate Vishwas B Chitnis,Plot No.224,A-15,Siddhant Market, Panvel, Navi Market Dist. Raigad, Mobile No.9820322695. I had written to this advocate who has put up his hands in the title deeds.
I request your help in tracing this company or its owner and help me in getting my money refunded or the plot alloted to me with the 7/12 extract. The phone number of Mr. Nathani given to me was 9820125193. I have tried ringing his numbe but it is a fake number given to the customers.
