This is to complain about India post service not delivering our business PAN card to the residence mentioned which was despatched on 6th of July’12. Despite repeated follow ups delivery not done till date. When spoken to the delivery person Mr.Krishna Majumder he sounded rude and said that it’s as per his whims and fancy when to deliver stuffs….. also he threatened by saying that he would not deliver the card and would return it back to UTI. This is not only a harassment but a pathetic display of customer centric services. I would appeal for corrective measurements to be taken against this person and company.
