N.O.C

as per settlement with HDFC BANK credit card no.4346781001797877 reference letter no. S 1063027, a settlement amount Rs.27000/-only,dated 26/12/2011, I have paid the amount by cash but they did not issued the N.O.C till now. I have contact with bank for n.o.c, they said that the another 62000/- will pay by me to bank then they will issue the N.O.C . so i request you to take action against them and help me
