Me and my wife have been getting harassment calls from SBl collection oepartmem. No just threatening calls but also abusive ones. Let me give your exact words:
Day 1: 26-05-2016
Agent 1 (Hitesh): Tu ye bata –Abuse— paise kab dega.
Me: Nahi dunga (l said this after listening abusive language)
Agent 1 (Hitesh): Nahi dega mat dega, teri Wife se baat karne ko mil raha hai kaafi hai, accha lagta hai baat
karna teri wife se.
Me: apni zabaan sambhal.
Day 2: 27-05-2016
Agent 2 (Vikrant): Ma ‘am aap ye batao paise kab doge, aapke khasam ne aapki ayyashi me paise udaaye hain.
Wife: Please call my husband.
Me: Yaar aap log padhe likhe nahi ho kya, ye kya tarika hota hai baat karne ka. Main harassment ka case kar
sakta hun.
Agent 2 (Vikrant): Abuse, Abuse, karna hai kar, mera naam Vikrant hai, 298, udhyog Vihar, Phase 3,
Gurgaon mera office hai, jo karna hai karle. Teri “too much abuse” phadunga tab para chalega, tere baski to hai
Me: Blasted him with all the abuses Iknew.
I request you to stop them. l will be making payment of 51000 in ?ve EMls as discussed with one ofcustomer care executive who called me last week. Better you stop
them and take strict action against them or else I know the way to consumer court and police.
