Name of company/service: no delivery of product ordered and no money refund

I had ordered a micromax canvas 2 A110(White) order no. MVP0022808 online on 27.01.2013 on my virtual plaza and paid an amount of Rs. 9979 through my credit card. And it was mentioned that mobile will be delivered in 1- 7 days.

I am trying to contact on their mentioned phone numbers but since last 14 days their phones are getting no reply or switched off.

After so many emails on all mentioned email add. on website, not got a single reply.
