I recharge my mobile (+91-9326324005) last week & today 11-4-13 first time 125/- Rs. Scheme & again 60/- Rs. full talk time schemes will get .but
after that when i can start the local phone call in 4 or 5 and surprise after next days shocks my mobile balance get deducted…..even not yet any sms send the company what exactly the deduction . immediately I can try to 198 customer care number but every time busy…busy and finally call collect after 5 days in call center ask the my balance why you deduct against because I can clear am not any service facility not active but customer care department said ‘” Sir server is down” . Again next days call customer care said “Sir server is down”. Am upset and talk to web world service employee and put my problem in desk she said again same word “Sir server is down.” My already minimum near about 500./- Rs is gone in top pup in recharge schemes but out put is zero.
Kindly please help me, take my humble request as on urgent basis & solve for your side as early possible.
