I have baught a karbonn a15 handset from infibeam.com in dec 2012 by jan i am facing some serious issues with my phn like restarting, power key not working,
wifi not working,3g sim port , accelerometer sensor problem etc so i visited the service center n.p electronics as mentioned in service book provided to me with the phone but the center refused to provide services and explained that the handset was manufactured by jaina (sub brand of karbonn) and they provide services for only utm(sub brand of karbonn) so i used the phn for 2 months like that and in march i came to khow that a multi brand service center named diwakar agency provides services for it i took my phn to that center and got repaired and withing 15 days the problem reappeared now i have to visit the service center again that wastes a lot of time and due to the irresponsibility of company i had to use the hndset with lots of problems for 2 months.
